Filing Complaint Against Groomers or Critical Race Theory in Schools with State Agencies or Federal Government

For parents who have children who are labeled as LGBTQ behind their backs and placed in so called LGBTQ affinity groups, this is illegal discrimination based on sex.  You have plenty of legal recourse, but first you must file with state authorities or federal authorities.  Fortunately, I’m going to give you detailed instructions on how you may do the filing.  Get the names of the people and the dates were labeled as such.  If there is some sort of racial division or giving one race preference while demonizing other races, again get the names of the people and the dates it happened.  If you can take pictures of videos, this is additional evidence.  If incriminating evidence exists on your school’s website, collect that evidence.  Or perhaps some evidence is in the school syllabus, your child’s homework, or perhaps questionable textbooks have been selected.  Take pictures of all that.  If you have any email correspondence from school officials, save that if it has proof of illegal discrimination and/or grooming.

Now that you have all that evidence, you have two options.  You can file with the United States Department of Education Office for Civil Rights.  You have 180 days from the date the incident occurred to file.  Click here for the filing.  The federal government has limited resources.  States have much more in the way of resources to combat these issues.  Therefore state investigations are generally much faster.  Plus educational institutions are charted at the state level.  Legally this is more of a state issue.  Here is a list of the state agencies that investigate illegal discrimination based on sex, sexual orientation, or race, or child maltreatment.  Most of the states have additional laws aside from federal laws, so it really is best to complain to your state agency, which is listed on this law firm’s website.
